Cotton Logistics won the sale of a 35.0% state stake for UZS 200 billion. Six local and international investors submitted expressions of interest, five qualified and three submitted binding offers.

The winning price was above the appraised value and in the upper part of the adviser's indicative range. The buyer reported freight turnover of 1 million metric tons and a fleet of 480 owned railcars. A further 4% of the company was designated for a domestic People's IPO.

The sale establishes a market benchmark for transport logistics and preserves a route to public capital through the planned IPO, separating the closed strategic sale from a future retail offer.
