An online auction for a 50% state stake in Uzsungwoo concluded at UZS 585.8 billion, almost 50% above the starting price, with ROODELL named the winning bidder. The premium to the starting price signals competitive demand for an operating industrial asset.
The E-auksion sale was completed on 1 June 2026. The winning price of UZS 585.8 billion exceeded the UZS 390.5 billion starting price by UZS 195.3 billion, demonstrating competitive tension in the auction.
ROODELL LLC was declared the winner. The State Assets Management Agency said the relevant transaction agreements would be formalized with the winning bidder under the established procedure.
For sellers, the result illustrates how a transparent auction and credible bidder participation can support price discovery. For buyers, headline valuation remains only the entry point: capital expenditure, customer concentration, governance and any shareholder protections determine the investment case.
