Thirty-three alternative-energy projects with 13,777MW of total capacity had been developed. Tashkent-Vostochny airport plans included a 4km runway, VIP and business-aviation terminals and parking for 25 aircraft.
Industry represented more than 34% of Tashkent's economy and had produced UZS 110tn of output in 2022. The proposed Yangikhayot industrial cluster covered 500 hectares, 810 companies and 100,000 planned jobs.
The combined pipeline pointed to substantial demand for project capital, industrial real estate, EPC capacity and equipment across energy, aviation and manufacturing.
