The government set a US$82bn services-output target for 2025, alongside US$8.5bn of exports and UZS 185tn of transport services.

Uzbekistan set a 2025 target of US$82bn for services output, implying 15% growth, and US$8.5bn for service exports. These are policy targets, not reported results; the official review said the market had expanded from US$19bn in 2018 to US$65bn.

Local councils approved 1,156 driver projects backed by UZS 1tn. The programme also targeted UZS 185tn of transport services and US$2.3bn of transport-service exports, while 29 additional public services were identified for private provision.

The measures point to investable demand across finance, tourism, IT, transport, commercial property and outsourced public services. Investors should separate announced targets and tax proposals from implemented rules, contracted projects and realised revenues.
