The programme was established by a presidential decree dated 19 April 2024. State shareholdings in 247 enterprises were approved for public sale.
A further 1,028 state-owned real-estate assets were approved for sale. IPO and/or SPO transactions were planned for state stakes in 12 large enterprises on the domestic market. The programme expressly aimed to reduce the state's participation in the economy.
The programme creates a sizeable, visible mandate pipeline across strategic sales, equity offerings and property, widening opportunities for advisers and investors.
