The programme covered state shareholdings in 1,001 enterprises and 1,046 real-estate assets. The standard sale process was shortened from 80 to 48 days.
Forty companies and banks were designated for a People's IPO programme. Average stakes of about 2% were envisaged for public placement in NMMC, AMMC, Uzbektelecom and SQB. Retail shares were to be offered on a one-share–one-lot basis with online investor identification and access.
The resolution established a broad pipeline of strategic sales and public offerings, while listed assets and planned stakes did not represent completed disposals or capital raised.
