The interim Foreign Investors Council session brought together more than 150 investors, diplomats and IFI representatives. The agenda covered a new investment law, tax administration, a single-window mechanism and the proposed Tashkent International Financial Centre.

Participants adopted a session protocol setting follow-up actions. A cooperation agreement with IFC was signed to support investment-climate reforms.

The forum converted investor concerns into a formal reform agenda, directly relevant to entry rules, dispute protection, tax certainty and financial-centre development.
