EBRD approved a senior secured loan of up to US$17.5 million, split into a US$8.5 million committed tranche and a US$9 million uncommitted tranche. Total project cost was US$19.5 million.
Proceeds finance cable-production equipment and working capital for copper and aluminium electric cables. The project includes ERP adoption, university-linked training and an expanded internship programme. EBRD assigned an ETI score of 80 and a green-finance attribution of 11%.
The facility establishes a private-manufacturing debt benchmark across capex and working capital, while the uncommitted tranche and total ceiling should not be treated as fully drawn funds.
