Stroy Grand Servise was selected for 100% of Boysunkumir at UZS 26bn, alongside a US$20m investment commitment through 2030 and a 400,000-tonne output target.
Stroy Grand Servise was selected to acquire the 100% state stake in Boysunkumir with a UZS 26bn offer. Four investors submitted expressions of interest and two made binding bids; the winning buyer must pay 50% of the price within one month.
The buyer committed to invest US$20m during 2025–2030, raise coal output to at least 400,000 tonnes a year by 2030 and create at least 300 additional jobs while preserving existing employment. These are post-selection commitments, not investments already deployed.
The offer was in the upper part of the adviser’s indicative range, exceeded the appraisal and includes a ten-year core-activity covenant. The acquisition price is modest relative to planned capex, making closing, investment execution and the production ramp central to value.
