Its second priority is private-sector development and competitiveness. Its third priority is investment in human capital. ADB had committed about US$12.5 billion to Uzbekistan since 1995 at the time of publication.
The strategy sets ADB's medium-term sovereign and private-sector financing priorities, informing expectations for reform-linked, co-financing and sector opportunities.
