ADB approved a US$250 million policy-based loan. The programme strengthens climate institutions and public financial management.
It supports climate resilience in water and land management, agriculture and social protection. It also accelerates mitigation measures in transport and energy. ADB described it as its first programmatic climate intervention in Central Asia.
